Honest Partners has emailed their affiliates about compliance for the UK markets, affiliates should read and reply as soon as possible to avoid having their account suspended.
Howdy Partner,
We have many times informed about the importance regarding compliance with the rules and regulations issued by the UK Gambling Commission. This is another send-out, a very important one, which you should not fail to open and that requires a thorough read through.
As you should be aware, compliance with the requisite rules is a must, meaning you either fully commit yourself to abide, or risk the continuing business as an affiliate with HonestPartners.
We need you to carefully read, understand and confirm receipt of this communication by replying to this email. Failure to do this will result in your account being suspended and set to €0/0%.
Every affiliate without discrimination must be fully compliant by the 25th of October 2017 and in this newsletter we are going to show you exactly how to do that.
THIS APPLIES TO ALL AFFILIATES WITH UK TRAFFIC!
From the 25th of October 2017 we will remove affiliates who are not able to comply with the changes or does not show interest in doing so. In the future we will only work with affiliates that we 100% trust will keep up with regulatory changes and adapt upon them immediately. There is no room whatsoever for errors in regulated markets - therefore we need you to understand and reply to this email if you will continue to send us UK traffic.
Send Outs & Affiliate Networks
We are sorry to inform you that all SMS, Emails, Direct Marketing and Editorials (native articles) are no longer accepted sources of UK traffic. Anyone sending traffic via any of these marketing sources must stop immediately. You will no longer be paid for this traffic and failure to cease working this way will result in your account with us being closed and commissions withheld.
Additionally, Affiliate Networks should cease operations in the UK. Unfortunately since the risk is high we have taken the decision to stop accepting sub-affiliation deals for this market.
How to be compliant to the regulated market:
Regardless of the way you promote InstaCasino or Chance Hill, these points needs to be added to each page where you promote any kind of Welcome Offer:
Add: 18+, New Customers Only, Gamble Responsibly - www.begambleaware.org
Add link to Terms and Conditions and Bonus Terms and Conditions, you will find text links in the Media Gallery for both Chance Hill and InstaCasino.
In addition you will need to make sure that it is clearly stated how you will activate the welcome bonuses for both brands. Please make sure you have the updated offer online at all times.
We understand that this might not be the easiest in Top lists. In such places it will be good enough to add that the bonuses are triggered on the first deposit, and a link to bonus terms and conditions as well as a link to the full terms and conditions.
We understand that this email might be a lot to swallow at one time, but we thank you for your understanding.
If you have any uncertainties as to whether or not you are compliant, you can send your pages and reviews over to the ASA for a full review, after which they will carefully advise you on how to become 100% compliant.

Last step:
You will need to reply to this email with your username, and confirm that you have read and understood the information in this email. You will also need to confirm that you will apply the necessary changes.
You will need to provide us with a list of the marketing sources for UK where InstaCasino and/or Chance Hill is promoted or mentioned.
In case this is not done, we will need to take actions to prevent failure of compliance, and this will result in closure of the affiliate account regardless of the size.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this, we aim to work closely with each and every partner to ensure this is a smooth process.
Kind regards
Havard
